What is JUNTOS?
Brooks' first Hispanic/Latinx Employee Resource Group (ERG) is on a mission to support Hispanic and Latinx professionals of all abilities and disabilities at Brooks. Striving to foster an inclusive intercultural community by creating a safe space where members are celebrated and championed.
The logo is built on expressive shapes that symbolize how we communicate, create, and share our culture. Each form reflects the many ways we show up in the world as individuals with unique voices. Its dynamic nature speaks to the variety of roles, stories, and experiences that define life at Brooks. At its heart, the design celebrates authenticity, capturing the vibrant energy of our community and the real connections that shape who we are.
